Traditional Scottish afternoon tea is served in the Walled Garden or the sumptuous drawing room as guests relax and settle into their own ‘Castle’. The remainder of the afternoon can be whiled away with a choice of activities such as croquet on the front lawn, clay pigeon shooting, a falconry display, archery or, for the more energetic, mountain biking, tennis and a mini highland games. For golf enthusiasts, there are around 100 golf courses within 1 hours drive from Myres so the choice is endless!
Evenings at Myres can be as relaxed or as entertaining as you like! Enjoy a pre-dinner drinks reception before being seated for the gastronimic delights of our resident chef. Create an ambience as you dine with a professional harpist or set an up-beat tone with a Scottish fiddler. Retire to the Billiard Room for cigars and sample some of the finest malt whiskies or continue the Scottish theme with a night filled with dancing and music performed by a traditional Cielidh band.
