At Myres, you can experience both, prepared to the highest standards, using the freshest local ingredients. Our resident chef, Richard Turner will tailor menus to suit your stay and preferred requirements from late breakfasts, simple suppers, Gala Dinners and Midnight feasts!

Autumn Menus
The Castle’s Chef Richard Turner has gained wide experience in some of the finest Scottish country house hotels & Restaurants – Inverlochy Castle, Kinnaird and the Peat Inn.
Richard is extremely keen to source local Scottish produce and know the provenance of food he serves at Myres. His appreciation of good food goes back to his childhood.
My grandfather was a butcher and also owned a small farm. We always ate home produced meat and garden vegetables for family meals.
